Module 10

Module 10 introduces legal descriptions, covering such items as the purpose and types of legal descriptions, creating a legal description by the metes and bounds method, townships and sections, measurements associated with checks, townships and sections, assessor’s parcel numbers, and calculating acres to square feet.
