Module 8
Module 8 discusses property rights and interests, including the bundle of rights associated with real property ownership, the definition and physical components of real property, the difference between real property and personal property, determining whether an item is a fixture, the principal types of estates (tenancies), distinguishing between condominiums, cooperatives and time-shares, and the differences of various types of joint ownership.
